PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoactivating agent practically effective for immunoactivation.

SOLUTION: Four bacterial groups consisting of Lactobacilli, saccharomyces, pichia and bacilli, or five bacterial groups further containing actinomyces in addition to the four bacterial groups are cultivated in a nutrient medium containing rice bran, water and saccharides to generate a fungus seed. The cultivation is carried out by aerating symbiotic cultivation in the nutrient medium using glucose as the saccharide to give a culture solution. The culture solution is then subjected to a sterilization step, a filtration step and the like for purifying the immunoactivating agent. Then, the immunoactivating agent is incorporated in a substrate for foods by a spray-drying method or an immersion method to give a dietary supplement.
