<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell in which resistance of oxygen ion conduction is greatly reduced since there exists no interface between an electrolyte layer and an electrode layer. <P>SOLUTION: At least one of a pair of porous electrode layers pinching the electrolyte layer is integrated with the electrolyte layer, at least one face of a porous base material in which a material available for an electrolyte is used is heated, densified, and used as the electrolyte layer, and a catalyst is imparted to the rest of the porous part to form the porous electrode layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
