<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a trigger type liquid injector which is obtained by improving a pressure-accumulative trigger type liquid injector capable of jetting a liquid uniformly, in which the sealing property of a suction valve is made excellent though the trigger type liquid injector is assembled by simple work, a liquid flow passage from the suction valve to a discharge valve can be formed extremely narrowly and the priming frequency can be decreased when the trigger type liquid injector is combined with a pressure relief mechanism and which has good liquid stoppability. <P>SOLUTION: The suction valve 33, which is always pressed to the upstream side and with which a suction valve element 32 is press-contacted, is arranged on a suction valve seat 17 in an injection cylinder 12 into the tip of which a nozzle C is fit and which constitutes a part of the liquid flow passage. The discharge valve 65, which is always pressed to the downstream side, is arranged so that a discharge valve member F having a small-diameter sliding part 60 and a large-diameter sliding part 61, which are fit slidably and respectively in a small-diameter cylinder part 43 and a large-diameter cylinder part 22 arranged in the liquid flow passage on the downstream side of the suction valve 33, can be shifted to the upstream side under predetermined liquid pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
