The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly card production method for producing a variety of cards including credit cards using biodegradable resins like PLA, and to a card produced by the same. The present invention includes: a step of preparing a front sheet (Sa) and a rear sheet (Sb) formed of biodegradable resins and constituting a print surface and an adhesive surface, and preparing a front film (P1) and a rear film (P2) to be attached to the print surfaces of the front sheet (Sa) and the rear sheet (Sb); a step (10) of varnishing the adhesive surfaces of the front sheet (Sa) and the rear sheet (Sb); a step (20) of applying white ink to the print surfaces of the front sheet (Sa) and the rear sheet (Sb); a step (30) of performing a printing process on the print surfaces of the front sheet (Sa) and the rear sheet (Sb); a step (40) of abutting the adhesive surfaces against each other, and pin-matching and grounding the front sheet (Sa) and the rear sheet (Sb); a step (50) of putting the front film (P1) onto the print surface of the grounded front sheet (Sa) and putting the rear film (P2) onto the print surface of the rear sheet (Sb) to match the sheets to each other; a step (60) of setting the matched sheets on a press, and laminating the sheets; and a step (70) of cutting the laminated sheets through a punching process. |
