The flue (100) has housing which is formed by a bottom portion (20), rear wall (26), side walls (28), ceiling (30) and front face (32). An openable/closable window element (34) is provided in the front face of housing. The suction openings (40,42) for suction of exhaust air, are formed in rear portion and lateral region of housing, respectively. An air deflection device (50) for injecting supply air (Z) into a workspace (14), is provided between front face and bottom portion. The air deflection device is provided with equally spaced apertures through which air is flowed. An independent claim is included for method of reducing pollutant concentration. |
