PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate a roll for not only the setting of the approval route of a work flow but also the setting of the access authority of an approved work flow document.SOLUTION: A roll database 102 stores roll definitions defining a correspondence relation between a user and a roll, and an approval route definition database 104 stores approval authority definitions defining a correspondence relation between the approval step of the approval route of a work flow and a roll given an authority to approve a document in the approval step, and an approved document authority database 105 stores access authority definitions defining a correspondence relation between the work flow and a roll given an authority to perform access to the document of the work flow. A work flow engine 110 determines the permission/rejection of approval for the document to be sought by the user in the approval step by referring to the roll definitions and the approval authority definitions, and determines the permission/rejection of access to be performed by the user to the document of the work flow by referring to the roll definitions and the access authority definitions. |
