PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust treatment device capable of increasing an effective length as a tail pipe.SOLUTION: An outlet pipe 8 is disposed in a radial direction at a cylindrical shell 2 through which exhaust passes. Furthermore, a lid member 4 closing an outlet side end of the cylindrical shell 2 is provided. A flow passage member 10 is attached along an inner circumference of the cylindrical shell 2 and the lid member 4, and an exhaust flow passage 12 communicating the outlet pipe 8 and the inside of the cylindrical shell 2 is formed between the cylindrical shell 2, the lid member 4, and the flow passage member 10. The exhaust flow passage 12 effective as a tail pipe can be formed by being provided with a flow passage member 30, and an effective length as the tail pipe becomes the total length of the outlet pipe 8 and the exhaust flow passage 12. Accordingly, low frequency noise can be efficiently reduced, and muffling performance can be improved. |
