Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention is a vibration damper, comprising an air bag, which is provided with an opening; a seal, which corresponds to the opening, is used for sealing the opening, and is provided with an air hole; an elastic member, which is provided inside the air bag and abuts against the seal; and an adjustment member, which is overlapped with the seal, and is provided with a through hole corresponding to the air hole, wherein the air hole is in communication with the through hole to form a ventilation channel. The air bag sucks in and exhausts air through the ventilation channel; the adjustment member is movable relative to the seal so as to make the air hole not overlapped with part of the through hole, thereby adjusting the size of the ventilation channel. The vibration damper can absorb and reduce vibration by means of the air bag and the elastic member. The present invention further provides a gimbal platform and an unmanned aerial vehicle with the vibration damper applied thereto.
