USER EQUIPMENT, ACCESS NETWORK DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR SENDING AND RECEIVING UPLINK CONTROL INFORMATION

Disclosed are a user equipment, an access network device, and a method for sending and receiving uplink control information. The sending method comprises: a user equipment (UE) determines a primary carrier and a sub-carrier group, the sub-carrier group comprising at least one sub-carrier, the at least one sub-carrier comprising at least one physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) subcarrier, and the primary carrier and the PUCCH subcarrier being configured to be capable of transmitting PUCCHs at the same time; the UE determines sending configurations of feedback information and a scheduling request (SR) on the primary carrier and the PUCCH subcarrier on an uplink subframe, the feedback information being an acknowledgment or a non- acknowledgment (ACK/NACK); and the UE sends the PUCCH on the uplink subframe according to the sending configurations. By means of the method, when a UE is configured as a dual-PUCCH mode, combined transmission of an SR and an ACK/NACK in the dual-PUCCH mode can be implemented.
