PURPOSE: Provided is a process and equipment for producing soft or hard mat cotton having equal strength, which uses polyester, polypropylene, cotton, acryl and animal fiber as raw material at low-temperature or high-temperature of melting point selectively to weld mutually. CONSTITUTION: The process and equipment of a mat cotton is comprised of: forming raw material in a forming machine(10); transferring formed mat cotton(M) on a punching plate conveyer(11) under the condition of contacting with a net belt(12); connecting heat source of a burner chamber(14)(14') installed in a 1th air chamber(13) and a 2th air chamber(13') with a duct(16) and a hopper(17); hot-blast cycling equally in accordance with a hot-blast guide plate(18); and then pressing mat cotton(M) having low-temperature or high-temperature heat melting by hot-blast cycling contact through a press roll(19) continuously. |
