PURPOSE: A novel 6,7-disubstituted-5,8-quinolinedione derivative having an excellent antifungal activity against fungus is provided. Therefore, the derivatives are useful as antimycotic agent. CONSTITUTION: A 6,7-bi displacement-5,8-quinolinedione derivative is represented by the formula (1) wherein, R1 is phenyl amino group whose 1-3 of substituted group are selected and substituted from halogen atom and aceto group or alkyl mercaptane group containing C1-C20; R2 is halogen atom, thiocyano group or alkyl mercaptane group containing C1-C20.
