DISASTER COUNTERMEASURE SUPPORT METHOD

摘要

By using a synthetic aperture radar mounted on an artificial satellite, an earth surface as the imaging object is imaged in a normal condition before a disaster occurs and the radar image data is acquired. Moreover, after a disaster has occurred, the earth surface as the imaging object is imaged within a smaller number of days than the number of days required for the regression trajectory and compared to the radar image data in the normal condition so as to rapidly understand the disaster condition. Furthermore, by periodically imaging the imaging object during recovery/reconstruction after the disaster has occurred, it is possible to support a recovery/reconstruction plan and prevent a secondary disaster.
