A vehicle having an inner house is provided to form an inner house simply with high strength by receiving or spreading the same with respect to a vehicle main body by hinge-coupling. A cargo compartment(110) includes front and rear plates, top and bottom plates and two side plates, wherein a left side plate(112) is coupled with the top plate(111) by a rotation hinge(115) to rotate with respect to the top plate. An inner house(150) has front and rear plate(160), a side plate(170) and a bottom plate and is received in the cargo compartment, wherein the respective plates of the inner house rotatively coupled with the plates of the cargo compartment by hinges(165,171).
