A production method of elevator guide rails is provided to reduce the total production time by reducing the processing time as compared with existing correction methods, and a correction apparatus of the elevator guide rails is provided to fix three-dimensional elevator guide rails more completely by fixing the elevator guide rails from side faces and bottom face of the elevator guide rails. In a correction apparatus for improving straightness of elevator rails(10), the correction apparatus of the rails comprises: conveyors(140) transferring the rails in longitudinal and vertical directions of the rails; stoppers(160) stopping the rails transferring along the conveyors; a first fixing part(110) fixing one ends of the rails; a second fixing part(120) fixing the other ends of the rails; and a tension part(130) transferring the first fixing part to one side. The first fixing part is pressed onto a bottom face and one side of the rails to fix the rails.
