New packaging for liquid products

The package has a permeable material in a form of film, on an exchange surface of the package, where the material is permeable to liquid water and water vapor. The ratio of the exchange surface to a mass of liquid product is 1.2, where co-efficient of permeability of the material to oxygen and coefficient or permeability of the material to carbon dioxide ranges between specific values. A membrane seal is fixed above the package, where the package is in the form of bag. An independent claim is also included for a method for preserving and using a liquid product containing yeast.
