PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial power supply noise attenuator for a vortex flowmeter used for a pipe system including the vortex flowmeter, and the vortex flowmeter uninfluenced by a commercial power supply noise. SOLUTION: In the commercial power supply noise attenuator for removing a commercial power supply noise capacitively-coupled with liquid flowing in the insulated pipe system including at least the vortex flowmeter, one end is connected to a pipe forming the pipe system, in contact with the liquid flowing in a pipe provided in the commercial power supply noise attenuator, and the other end includes a conductive member fixed to a holder grounded through an earth cable. The vortex flowmeter for measuring the flow rate of the liquid flowing in the insulated pipe system includes a measuring pipe in which the liquid flows; a vortex generator for generating a Karman vortex by flow of the liquid in the measuring pipe; a vortex detector for detecting the Karman vortex generated from the vortex generator; and a conductive member arranged on the upstream side of the vortex generator in the measuring pipe, whose one end is in contact with the liquid, and whose other end is fixed to the holder grounded through the earth cable.
