PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit for an ejector type refrigerating cycle capable of preventing the growing of frost. SOLUTION: This unit for the ejector type refrigerating cycle comprises a compressor 11, a radiator 12, an ejector 14 having a nozzle 14a for decompressing and evaporating a refrigerant, and sucking the refrigerant from a refrigerant suction opening 14b by a refrigerant flow of high speed jetted from the nozzle 14a, a first evaporator 15 disposed at the windward side of the airflow A, and connected with the outlet side of the ejector 14 for evaporating the refrigerant discharged from the ejector 14, and a second evaporator 18 disposed at the leeward side with respect to the first evaporator 15, and connected with the refrigerant suction opening 14b for evaporating the refrigerant sucked to the ejector 14, the first and the second evaporators 15, 18 are composed of stacked structures of tubes 21 and fins 22, and a pitch FP of the fins 22 of the first evaporator 15 is larger than a fin pitch FP of the second evaporator 18.
