PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease supply monitoring device. SOLUTION: The grease supply monitoring device includes a hollow member through which grease passes, a rotary body arranged within the hollow member so as to rotate during the passing of the grease, and a detection section for detecting rotational motion of the rotary body. The rotary body is, for example, an impeller having extension parts formed at the tip ends of vanes and extending in a direction opposite to the rotating direction and a plurality of magnets attached to the extension parts with spaces in the direction of extension. Alternatively, the rotary body is a rotary ring connecting tip ends of vanes to each other and having a plurality of magnets mounted at intervals on the circumference thereof.
