PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fork multistory parking garage in which the guide mechanism of a movable floor is prevented from being affected by dirt and the number of parts is reduced. SOLUTION: The guide mechanism 72 for guiding the floor panel 71 of the movable floor 7 comprises: first and second guide rails 721, 722 disposed on the lower side of the floor level of an automobile loading/unloading part; first and second guide rollers 724, 725 engageable with the first and second guide rails; a third guide rail 726 disposed on the lower side of the floor level of the loading/unloading part; and a third guide roller 729 pivotally supported on the lower surface of the floor panel 71 through an extension part 727 and engageable with the third guide rail 726. The first, second, and third guide rollers comprise upper rollers 724U, 725U, 729U and lower rollers 724D, 725D, 729D, respectively.
