Disclosed is a method for producing a startup animation for a set-top box. The method comprises: determining a resource description configuration file of a startup animation of a set-top box; determining displayed-picture resource data of the startup animation of the set-top box; and producing display data of the startup animation of the set-top box according to the resource description configuration file and the displayed-picture resource data, and storing the display data into the set-top box. Also disclosed are a method for displaying a startup animation for a set-top box, an apparatus for producing a startup animation for a set-top box, an apparatus for displaying a startup animation for a set-top box, and a startup animation picture processing system for a set-top box. |
