An organic light emitting display device comprises: a first thin film transistor including a first active pattern located on a substrate, and a first gate electrode located on the first active pattern; a third thin film transistor including a third active pattern connected to the other end of the first active pattern, and a third gate electrode located on the third active pattern; and a gate bridge configured to directly connect the third active pattern to the first gate electrode, and located between the substrate and the third active pattern. Therefore, the organic light emitting display device suppresses damage to an active pattern due to a process of forming a contact hole corresponding to the active pattern.
