According to the present invention, an accessory (3) comprises: at least one first electric accessory port (6) connecting a magnetic resonance (MR) coil (5) to each matched electric coil port (10); and at least one second electric accessory port (8) connecting an MR device (2, 20) to each matched electric device port (14). The first accessory port (6) and the second accessory port (8) are not matched to each other, and each first accessory port (6) is connected to each related second accessory port (8) though electric adaptation (7). An MR system (1) comprises the MR device (2, 20), the accessory (3), the MR coil (5), which is a surface coil including a plurality of coil elements (Bij) and is arranged on a rear side thereof, and an MR coil (4), which has a design equal to the MR coil (5) arranged on the rear side and is arranged on a front side thereof. Specifically, the present invention is able to advantageously be applied to a magnetic resonance scanning inspection for a body part such as an upper body, an abdomen, a liver, a heart, a pelvis or a prostate. |
