<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fusion of a long carbonized film in an intermediate stage, in a method for producing a long (roll-shape) graphite film by a polymer pyrolysis method. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for producing a carbonaceous film via a carbonization step for thermally treating a polymer film in the state of being wound in a roll shape, heating is performed only at a temperature below a pyrolysis start temperature of the polymer film, while performing decompression, in the carbonization step, and decompression is performed at a decompression rate of 1.60 kPa/min or higher, at least in a region of a part of a decompression region in which a decompression degree is ≥71 kPa and ≤1.0 kPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
