A user can connect the mobile data storage medium (10) to products (80, 82, 83) in said field and to the base unit (2) in a data-communicating manner. The user can connect the base unit (2) to an external information and data platform (3) in a communicating manner. The system according to the invention provides optimal care and support of users in said field. |
