PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector for automobiles capable of successfully absorbing vibration from an electric wire to prevent wear of a terminal contact part, and of easily adjusting the number of rubber stoppers.SOLUTION: A waterproof connector 1 for automobiles is configured so that a fitting terminal 4 connected with a conductor 9 of an insulation electric wire 8 is housed in a terminal cavity 7. As a rubber stopper 20 attached between the insulation electric wire 8 and the cavity 7, one vibration proof rubber stopper 22 provided with a notch from a radial outer periphery to a penetration hole and having one cutting plane obtained by being cut in an axial direction, and one waterproof rubber stopper 21 provided with no notch and having no cutting plane, are provided. The waterproof rubber stopper 21 is attached at the inward of an inlet of the terminal cavity 7 to give the connector 1 the waterproofness. The vibration proof rubber stopper 22 is attached at the outward of the terminal cavity 7 from the waterproof rubber stopper 21 to give the connector 1 the vibration proof property. |
