This polyethylene-based structure is formed of a resin composition which contains 60-90% by mass of a polyethylene (A), 5-35% by mass of an acid-modified polyethylene (B) and 5-35% by mass of a meta-xylylene group-containing polyamide (C). This polyethylene-based structure is characterized in that: the meta-xylylene group-containing polyamide (C) is dispersed in the form of layers in the resin composition that constitutes the structure; and the acid-modified polyethylene (B) has an acid value of 5-30 mg/g.
