MULTIPLEXER FOR INPUT/OUTPUT CONTROL OF SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A multiplexer for input/output control of a semiconductor memory device is provided wherein output time of output control signals are equal without regard to a data input/output mode. CONSTITUTION: A multiplexer(401) for input/output control comprises: the first switching circuit(411) inputting a data input/output mode signal and the first input control signal and generating the first output control signal in response to the first input control signal if the data input/output mode signal is enabled; the second switching circuit(412) inputting the data input/output mode signal and the second input control signal and generating the second output control signal in response to the second input control signal if the data input/output mode signal is disabled; and the third switching circuit(413) inputting the second input control signal and generating the second output control signal in response to the second input control signal. Thus, the multiplexer prevents the loss of setup time and hold time of input/output data of the semiconductor memory device.
