PURPOSE: An aluminium chassis processor is provided to simply conduct a press molding the lower shape of an aluminium chassis and to be attached to a present apparatus with a simplified operating structure. CONSTITUTION: A guide post(52) is vertically moved one time by the driving force of a motor. An upper punch holder(30) and a transfer die holder(10) are moved downward to form a rail guiding groove, a roller adjusting hole and a driver passing hole on the outer partition of a vertical frame by a trimming punch(32) and hole processing punches(33,34) of the upper punch holder. At the same time, a horizontal frame fitting groove is formed on the vertical frame by a die punch(14) of the transfer holder. With the ascent of a lower punch holder, an inner partition forms a rail guiding groove, a roller adjusting hole and a screw assembling hole by the trimming punch and hole processing punches of the lower punch holder.
