PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing/controlling environments of a base station is provided to suspend operations of the base station when a failure caused by changes of an external environment is generated from the base station, and to continuously check changes of environmental conditions after suspending the operations so as to automatically restore functions of the base station. CONSTITUTION: An environment sensor(110) compares data sensed by various sensors with a preset reference value, and generates an alarm state and an alarm canceling state to control power. Or the sensor transmits the alarm state to an upper side. A rectifier(120) supplies power under control of the environment sensor, or cuts off the power. An upper system(130) transmits the alarm state to an operator, or receives the power from the rectifier. If the power is cut off in the upper system, a backup battery power supplier(140) supplies power to the environment sensor.
