AQUACELL PROCESS FOR PRODUCING IMPROVED FOAMED PLASTIC

PURPOSE: An aquacell process for producing foamed plastic by using the strong infiltration force of water is provided which reduces the process time of microcellular foams, increases the mechanical strength of plastic material and reduces production cost. CONSTITUTION: The aquacell process for producing foamed plastic is characterized in that high pressure water and an inactive gas are used as a foaming agent, the strong infiltration force of water is used to produce foamed plastic, the cost of materials for plastic products is reduced and impact strength of products is improved by forming bubbles with a size of several tens micrometers in plastics.
