PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink capable of forming an image having excellent fretting resistance even when the ink is printed on a liquid nonabsorbing recording medium to form an image. SOLUTION: This ink for ink jets is characterized as comprising at least a self-dispersible type pigment having one or more kinds of hydrophilic groups bound directly or through another atomic group to surfaces of pigment particles, an ultraviolet curing type monomer composed of a vinyl compound, a photopolymerization initiator and water. |
