PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod-like article delivery device capable of surely sucking rod-like articles to hold them and capable of delivering them to a following process without requiring large suction force nor damaging products even in the case of handling a rod-like article formed with irregular surface. SOLUTION: This rod-like article delivery device 100 is provided with a first carrying means for aligning the rod-like articles to carry them, a second carrying means 20 for carrying the rod-like articles, which are placed on the first carrying means and carried, to a following process, and a delivery means 60 for picking up the rod-like articles from the first carrying means to deliver them to the second carrying means. The delivery means has a suction head 54 supported freely to move in the horizontal direction and vertical direction, and this suction head is formed with a suction opening corresponding to the rod-like articles, and a suction pad 55 formed of an elastic sheet having an opening corresponding to the suction opening is fixed to a lower surface of the suction head.
