PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging apparatus which is capable of easily performing a dividing work when it is discarded, and has a small space for discarding. SOLUTION: This packaging apparatus is equipped with an approximately rectangular bottom face part 1b, side face parts 2 and 3 formed by extending opposite two sides of the bottom face part 1b, top face parts 4 and 5 formed by extending the side face parts 2 and 3, and end part side face parts 8 and 9 for enclosing opening parts formed on both ends when apexes of both top face parts 4 and 5 are butted together to form them into a cylindrical shape. A continuous broken linear cutting part 10A is provided on at least one face among the bottom face part 1b, the side face parts 2 and 3, the end part side face parts 8 and 9, and the top face parts 4 and 5. Thereby, as the packaging apparatus can be easily divided by the part of the cutting part 10A without using a cutter or the like such as a cutter knife when discarding processing is performed, operability for discarding the packaging apparatus 1 is improved, and the space for storing is reduced by being divided to efficiently perform a discarding work.
