PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk case capable of utilizing the design properties of a disk, being free from any trouble in storing the disk and high in appealing effect, and a printed item. SOLUTION: The disk case 10 comprises a disk 11, a storage part 12, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13, a peelable paper 14, an unsealing half-cut 15, or the like. The disk 11 is a circular recording medium, and has a predetermined design D1 on the surface thereof. The storage part 12 stores the disk 11 inside, transparent or translucent circular surface and back surface films 12a and 12b are stuck thereto by an adhesive part 12c. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive paste to affix the disk case 10 to the predetermined position, and the peelable paper 14 is a sheet to protect the pressure-sensitive adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13.
