Provided is an apparatus for cutting tteok(Korean rice cake) semiautomatically to allow a plurality of tteok to be cut by a constant size and a constant shape. The apparatus comprises a first frame(1) whose front part is opened and which is provided with an operation panel(1A) at the front upper part; a second frame(2) which is provided in the inner part of the first frame and has axes(2A) at left and right sides to be connected with the first frame by the axes; a tteok plate(10) which is formed at the inner lower part of the second frame and is separated into a plurality of pieces; a cutter(20) which is inserted into the pieces of the tteok plate so as to be move up and down; a cutter moving device(30) which fixes and moves the cutter; a pushing plate(40) which pushes the upper part of the tteok plate to fix tteok; a pushing plate moving device(50) which moves the pushing device up and down; a pushing rod moving device(60) which pushes the center of the pushing plate to prevent the floating of the center part of tteok and is provided with a plurality of pushing rods; a discharge device(70) which discharges the cut tteok; and a power delivery device(80).
