<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively instruct a user how to handle a product. <P>SOLUTION: In this handling instruction system, data communication can be carried out between a cellular phone 10 and a server 20, which provides a handling instruction application as a program for outputting a voice explaining a product handling method to the cellular phone 10, via the Internet. The cellular phone 10 reads a two-dimensional code 31 printed on a product manual 30 and recognizes a URL shown by the two-dimensional code 31.
