<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actual store affiliate system allowing payment of a reward even when introducing a commodity sold in an actual store. <P>SOLUTION: Information related to a portable terminal 30 and information related to a tie-up site established on a public server 20, placing the commodity sold in the actual store are registered in an information storage part 11 in advance, and a history of access is registered in the information storage part 11 when the access to the tie-up site from the portable terminal 30 is performed. When purchasing the commodity in the actual store, the portable terminal 30 acquires code information attached to the commodity, and transmits commodity identification information included in the code information to a management server 10.
