PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize a payment burden of a lease charge by a customer, and to suppress fluctuation of income of a leasing company, in a lease of an instantaneous voltage drop compensation device.

SOLUTION: The leasing company leasing the instantaneous voltage drop compensation device in a charge system wherein the lease charge is reduced as a thunderbolt frequency is small, and performing payment/reception of money of a prescribed money amount with a financial institution according to the thunderbolt frequency has this information processor having: a thunderbolt frequency storage part storing the thunderbolt frequency; a thunderbolt frequency comparison part comparing the thunderbolt frequency with a reference frequency; a receipt money amount calculation part calculating an amount of money received from the financial institution by the leasing company on the basis of a difference between the reference frequency and the thunderbolt frequency when the thunderbolt frequency is smaller than the reference frequency; a payment money amount calculation part calculating an amount of money paid to the financial institution by the leasing company on the basis of a difference between them when the thunderbolt frequency is larger than the reference frequency; and a money amount transmission part transmitting the calculated amount of money to a financial institution server.
