<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized humidity adjustment device capable of always adjusting humidity at a constant value in response to a gas different in a flow rate, and having variable humidity adjustment capability; a power generation device; and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This humidity adjustment device is provided with: a plurality of humidity adjustment parts (first and second humidity adjustment parts 2 and 3) adjusting humidity of a humidity adjustment object fluid of which the humidity is adjusted; and one or more inflow control means (first and second on/off valves 51 and 52) arranged on the upstream side of at least one of the plurality of humidity adjustment parts 2 and 3, and adjusting the humidity of the humidity adjustment object fluid by controlling the flow rate at which the humidity adjustment object fluid flows into at least one humidity adjustment parts 2, 3 out of the plurality of humidity adjustment parts 2 and 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
