PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition that easily forms a crosslinked rubber having a high dielectric constant and low elasticity. SOLUTION: The crosslinked rubber having a dielectric constant of≥10 and low elasticity of 100% modulus of≤1.0 MPa is formed from a curable composition that comprises (A) at least one kind selected from (a-1) a polyoxyalkylene-based polymer that contains more than one alkenyl groups in one molecule and has a number-average molecular weight of 3,000-50,000 and (a-2) a poly(meth)acrylic polymer that contains more than one alkenyl groups in one molecule, has a main chain produced by mainly polymerizing a (meth)acrylic monomer and has a number-average molecular weight of 3,000-50,000, (B) a compound containing at least two hydrosilyl groups in one molecule, (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst and (D) high dielectric ceramic powder as essential components and has flowability at a normal temperature.
