PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a non-contact IC unit from being used unless protecting a camera configuration unit.

SOLUTION: A CPU 11 determines whether or not the camera configuration unit 19 arranged in the vicinity of a mounting position of an antenna for constituting the non-contact IC unit 21 is protected from the outside, and disables a non-contact communication operation of the non-contact IC unit 21 when the camera formation configuration unit 19 is not protected.
