Disclosed is a manufacturing method of sliced platycodon pickled in a mixed liquid comprising sugar and vinegar, which enhances the flavor of platycodon and removes bitterness thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of sliced platycodon comprises the following steps: pretreating platycodon; finely cutting the pretreated platycodon in a fixed size to prepare sliced platycodon; semi-drying the sliced platycodon at a temperature of 40-70°C; and soaking the semi-dried platycodon into a mixed liquid comprising 15-30 wt% of vinegar, 35-70 wt% of sugar, and 10-50 wt% of boiled water. |
