A double self-defense alarm according to the present invention comprises: a case having an open one side and a coupling groove; a safety pin detachably inserted into the coupling groove of the case; a first switch installed inside the case and turned on or off according to whether the safety pin is detached from the coupling groove; a circuit unit connected to the first switch to detect the on/off of the first switch and control a speaker; the speaker for outputting an alarm by the control of the control unit when the first switch is turned on; and a power supply unit for supplying power to the circuit unit and the speaker. The double self-defense alarm according to the present invention can generate a double alarm by outputting an electronic alarm when the safety pin detachably inserted into the coupling groove of the case is separated from the coupling groove and blowing the safety pin to generate a whistle, can be always used in an emergency situation by generating the whistle alarm even though the electronic alarm is not generated, and can be always used as a means for requesting the rescue of a user from the emergency situation.
