The present invention relates to a multilayer ceramic substrate. The multilayer ceramic substrate according to the present invention includes a multilayered ceramic layer; and a first conductive layer which penetrates a region of the outermost layer in the multilayered ceramic layer and is buried, and an external electrode where a second conductive layer and a third conductive layer are successively stacked on the first conductive layer. The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are made of ceramic powder and metal powder. So, adhesion between the ceramic layer and the external electrode can be improved.
