Provided is a method for controlling an air conditioning device for a vehicle, which comprises: a mode checking step of checking whether the air conditioning device is in an auto-mode; an operation recognizing step of recognizing whether the air conditioning device is manually operated in the auto-mode; and a learning step of setting and storing an operation value when the air conditioning device is operated, and then operating the air conditioning device in accordance with the operation value in a next auto-mode. According to the present invention, provided is a method for controlling an air conditioning device for a vehicle, which enables an air conditioning device to be operated in consideration of personal preference of a user.
