Disclosed are a disposable endoscope cover body and an endoscope using the cover body. The disposable endoscope cover body comprises: a circular tube-shaped main body; a packing part formed at a side of the main body; a channel inlet / outlet part formed at the other side of the main body and through which a gas / liquid connecting tube or tissue collecting instrument is inserted or withdrawn; and a channel connecting tube integrated with the channel inlet / outlet part and through which the gas / liquid connecting tube or tissue collecting instrument penetrates the main body.
