<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behavior detection device for a vehicle and a data recording device for a vehicle for surely recording data of dangerous situations in a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A behavior detection device includes: a wiper signal input part 111; an acceleration detection part 116 for detecting the size of acceleration of a vehicle; an acceleration comparison part 117 for comparing the size of acceleration detected by the acceleration detection part with a threshold, and for outputting a comparison result; and an automatic threshold switching part 112 for, when the length of a time when a wiper signal remains the same state is equal to or more than a predetermined time, applying one threshold selected from among a plurality of thresholds to the acceleration comparison part in accordance with the state of the wiper signal. When a wiper operating state continues for a first time or more, the first threshold of a rainy weather state is selected, and when a wiper stop state continues for a second time or more in a state that the first threshold is selected, the second threshold of a fine weather state is selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
