PURPOSE: A fine screen for removing adulterations is provided to collect and remove hair, fur, and fine adulterations and to spray high pressure cleaning water for reaming when water flow is not smooth. CONSTITUTION: A fine screen for removing adulterations comprises a main body(100), an adulteration removing unit(200), and a transfer unit(300), and a cleaning tube. The main body comprises a screen plate(110) which has a plurality of fine holes(112) and a side plate(120) which has a flange unit. The adulteration removing unit comprises a pulling chain(210), a motor(220), and a scrapper(230). The pulling chain is separately connected to first and second sprockets(214a,214b) which are symmetrically equipped in first and second rotating shafts(212a,212b) by the upper and lower sides of the side plate. The motor is installed in the flange unit of the screen plate and rotates the pulling chain by delivering a driving force to the first rotating shaft. The scraper is installed in the pulling chain at a predetermined interval, is upwardly circulated by being in contact with the screen plate, and lifts adulterations which are filtered by fine holes. The transfer unit is installed in the rear upper main body and collects adulterations which are dropped towards the rear direction for transferring to one side and storing. The cleaning tube is installed in the rear lower main body and reams the fine holes which are blocked by adulterations with high pressure cleaning water. |
