PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue an operation by a terminal device with an ability higher than that of a device connected via a network when a user interface of the client device performing an operation by acquiring information related to the operation from a device connected via the network has a lower ability.SOLUTION: When a request to shift operation authority from a client device 20 to a terminal 40 is received, a repeating device 30 assigns a URL indicating a unique location to an operation performed by the client device 20 and transmits it to the client device 20. The repeating device 30 provides a screen reflecting the operation to which the URL is assigned to the terminal 40 when an access to the location indicated by the URL is received from the terminal 40.
