PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required for data saving when reconstructing a decentralized processing system.SOLUTION: The data saving controller calculates overlapping degree of data block for each pair of a saving source device which stores a data block to be saved and plural saving target devices as the target for saving the data block in plural devices storing redundancy data block in a decentralized manner. The data saving controller selects in order, from the pairs of devices, the pair of devices which has the smaller overlapping degree. The data saving controller transfers a data block from a source device in the selected device pairs to the target device so as not to overlap with data block stored in the target device in the selected device pair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
